What a wonderful name! The restaurant's name is a contraction of the French delicatesse, meaning 'delicacy' or 'thoughtfulness'. Tesse is a French restaurant with a chic dining room on Sunset Boulevard in the heart of West Hollywood. Tesse's menu is designed with wine in mind, and the food pairs well with it.
Tesse was voted the most beautiful restaurant in LA in 2018. Preen crafted a space that’s beautiful outside and in. She is consistent, from her deeply textured, turned and sometimes twisted façade to her interior face. Tesse is welcoming and warm. Check it out for yourself here.
Alimento is a soulful Italian restaurant by chef and owner Zach Pollack. Located in L.A.'s historic Silver Lake neighborhood on a busy street of shops and restaurants adjacent to the famous reservoir, the food at Alimento draws inspiration from Italy's regional traditions while not adhering too strictly to them. The food is complemented by an eclectic wine list showcasing lesser-known varietals and hard-to-find wines from small producers.
