This class brings together a diverse group of 16 restaurant leaders from the UK and Ireland to serve as a strategic compass for Toast’s innovation, ensuring our solutions remain grounded in the real-world needs of operators abroad.
The Customer Advisory Board (CAB) serves as a critical strategic partner, providing pressure-tested expertise to guide our most ambitious innovations and to grow our expanding international presence. With the CAB’s spectrum of industry leaders, Toast creates a collaborative community of operators working to solve hospitality challenges — ranging from harnessing AI tools like Toast IQ to addressing shifts in guest dining habits. The partnership ensures that our R&D investments address the operational challenges and priorities shared by CAB members. We can move faster to deliver solutions to help customers succeed.

For board members, the CAB offers a direct line of influence over the technology powering their businesses. Recent meetings focused on consolidating fragmented tech stacks into a single platform, testing AI advancement through Toast IQ, and using data to navigate a demanding cost environment.
