Dave Fleming

Dave Fleming is the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Ireland Site Lead at Toast. He leads global payments engineering, embedded finance, fintech AI, and infrastructure teams, focused on scaling resilient, AI-first platforms. Previously, Dave was EVP & Global Head of Realtime Payments Engineering and EVP & Global Head of R&D at Mastercard, leading global payment networks and emerging technology innovation. Earlier in his career, he held senior technology and innovation roles at Citi Innovation Labs and served as Global CTO at Escher Group, after starting his career at Microsoft and IBM. Dave holds degrees from University College Dublin.
