January Retail Promo

New SMB (as defined herein) merchant customers in the United States who sign an Initial Order Form (“Initial Order”) with Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) for the first time (“New Customers”) between January 11, 2026 and February 13, 2026 and purchase either the Toast Retail POS subscription module (SKU: SUBP22) or Toast POS Starter subscription module (SKU: SUBP24) are eligible to receive a fifty percent (50%) discount off of any Hardware purchase in such Initial Order and the first three (3) months of the Online Ordering subscription module (SKU: SUB010) without paying a software subscription fee if purchased in such Initial Order. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount on the Online Ordering subscription module only applies to the monthly software subscription fee associated with Online Ordering; it does not apply to any other fees incurred during Merchant’s use of the Online Ordering, and the discount will expire three (3) months after the start of the Online Ordering subscription. Following the first three (3) months, the fee shall be the full quote price per month until the end of the Term (as defined in the Agreement). 

The discount may be applied once per eligible customer. This discount will expire on February 13, 2026 and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied toward any other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time. 

“SMB” shall mean a merchant customer with less than fifteen (15) business locations and that signs up for Toast through Toast’s small and midsize business channels. Toast shall determine whether a merchant customer is considered an SMB in its sole discretion.
