This city is renowned for its vibrant entertainment scene, but it's also a culinary destination for visitors from around the globe. Small plates - EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine

For a fine dining experience, reserve a table at EDO (extra day off) Gatro Tapas & Wine. EDO pairs small savory dishes with its extensive wine list. At this restaurant, you can enjoy a charcuterie board, beef tartare, and Spanish-influenced entrees. EDO also features happy hour Monday-Thursday from 5 pm-6 pm.

Crispy chicken skin - Carson Kitchen

Las Vegas has many great fried chicken establishments, but Carson Kitchen has the best crispy chicken skin small plate dish around. Located in Downtown Las Vegas since 2014, this restaurant specializes in American cuisine and craft cocktails. Here, guests can also take in a cocktail and relax in the courtyard of the repurposed mid-century John E. Carson Hotel.

Steak - STK Las Vegas

Every foodie in Sin City knows about STK Las Vegas. If you’re looking for a phenomenal steakhouse with the coolest atmosphere, STK is your place. Buffets - Market Place Buffet

If a massive buffet is essential to your Vegas bucket list, Market Place Buffet is your answer. This is the only buffet in Northwest Las Vegas, and it features beer & wine, culinary action stations, and patio dining. Gourmet burger - Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan 

Sometimes after a long day on the Las Vegas strip you just need a good burger, and Gourmet Burger’s got your back. Located at Holsteins at The Cosmopolitan, this menu features a delicious array of gourmet burgers, riffs on American snacks, and much more! Make sure to also check out their signature cookies & cream cocktail with Pinnacle Whipped Cream Vodka, Oreo, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chip ice cream sandwich, dark & white chocolate crunchies, vanilla frosting, and Oreo crumbs.

Brunch - Peyote

The morning after hitting the clubs on the strip, brunch appetizers are absolute necessities. Check out Peyote, a Latin inspires restaurant with modern interpretations. The stunning patio and succulents make for a beautiful brunch atmosphere and the craft cocktails will get you ready for another big day in sin city.

Street tacos - El Dorado Cantina

You don’t have to go far for authentic Mexican cuisine in Nevada, but El Dorado Cantina is top-tier when it comes to street tacos. El Dorado Cantina was founded in 2014 with a mission to combine organic and non-GMO ingredients with authentic Mexican cuisine. The street tacos come 3 per order with an option to add cilantro rice and refried beans, yum!

BBQ - Mabel’s BBQ

For a fun yet casual dining restaurant check out Mabel’s, a modern-day BBQ restaurant that focuses on traditional techniques with innovative flavors. Their menu features everything from pork belly to brisket and everything in between! Make sure to also check out Mabel’s weekly specials such as Thursday's $28 fried chicken!
