Every Drink Counts
Leveraging IoT to Reduce Costs & Increase RevenueMaximize the Beverage Metrics system with a Toast integration. It’s simple, but powerful. Our system makes a daily secure connection to retrieve check data from the Toast cloud. We apply recipe & individual item mappings to achieve item-level consumption & sales metrics. This data automatically keeps your perpetual inventory up-to-date with insight into recipe costs, variances & pour cost metrics, enabling accurate inventory tracking & ordering.
Benefits of Toast + Beverage Metrics
Inventory Management
Tracking your beverage inventory has never been easier. Avoid inaccurate and inefficient methods and reduce labor intensive tasks by using our lightning-fast barcode scanner or your own iOS or Android device.
POS Integration
As a best practice, staff can easily manage the variance between what inventory is used and what’s rung in POS. Enforcing POS accountability is the most effective way to grow sales.
Actionable Reporting
Digging through mounds of data is time consuming and inefficient. Our detailed, but easy-to-read inventory reports helps you uncover underperforming items & other costly issues.
Supplier Ordering
Set Par & Order Points. Physical counts & POS deplete your inventory, then our system tracks items that fall below Order Points, providing an easy way to view, edit & place orders.
