Toast Boost Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 20, 2026
When you purchase a Boost Credit, you are purchasing and immediately redeeming a closed-loop, single-use gift card (the “Boost Credit”) issued by the participating restaurant (the “Merchant”) in the total amount of your order for menu items only. Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) is the seller (merchant of record) for the Boost Credit. The Boost Credit (1) is not reloadable, not transferable, and not refundable or redeemable for cash (except as required by law); (2) is issued by and represents solely the obligation of the Merchant that issued it; and (3) is redeemable only by that Merchant for eligible goods and services (not alcohol where prohibited, not other gift cards, and not cash equivalents). The Boost Credit has no fees and its value does not expire. Alcohol availability is subject to applicable law and restaurant policy. Taxes and tips cannot be paid with a Boost Credit and must be paid separately by you. Offers are subject to availability and while supplies last. Toast reserves the right to terminate or expire outstanding offers in its sole discretion prior to redemption, even if previously saved, including if supplies run out (i.e., if all Boost Credits available for the applicable Merchant’s orders have been redeemed by other guests prior to the time you attempt to redeem them). Toast may impose a limit on the dollar amount of Boost Credits that you may redeem each day. If you meet this limit in a given day, any remaining offer for Boost Credits in excess of this limit will be void.
In the event you earn any Toast Cash in connection with this purchase, that Toast Cash may have terms and conditions and an expiration date that you can view in your Toast Wallet.
