Phone Number & Online Loyalty Sign-Up

According to the 2019 Restaurant Success Report, guests say loyalty programs are among the restaurant technologies most important to their food experience. The newest enhancements to the Toast Loyalty Module further enable your restaurant to delight and retain guests. 

Here’s what’s new with the Toast Loyalty module:

  • Guests can now sign up for your restaurant’s rewards program with their phone number or email address, increasing sign-ups and improving efficiency 

  • Guests can now enroll online through your new loyalty sign-up webpage

  • Guests can now enroll in your restaurant’s rewards program through Toast Kiosk.

These highly-requested updates give your guests the freedom to choose where, when and how they join your program. Contact Toast Support or your Restaurant Success Manager to add the Loyalty Module to your Toast account.

Toast research indicates that restaurant gift card sales increase as much as 82% during the holiday season, which is only a few weeks away.
