*New Toast Canada, Inc. (“Toast”) merchants, located in Canada who sign an Initial Order Form with Toast on or before 31st of December 2024 (“New Customer(s)”), with the purchase of one (1) S1 Handheld POS device (“Device”) at full price will be eligible to receive a 100% discount on two (2) identical Device (“Promotion”). Promotion applies only for New Customers purchasing any number of Devices in increments of three (3) (i.e purchased in sets of three (3)).
This Promotion will expire on 31st of December 2024. The discount may only be applied once per New Customer. This Promotion excludes existing Toast merchants who purchased the Device(s) under an existing Order Form. The discount cannot (i) be redeemed for cash; or (ii) be applied toward Software, any Toast products, shipping, taxes, other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change and availability. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this Promotion at any time. Any items purchased under this Promotion must be returned in sets of three (3) in order to receive a refund subject to Toast’s return policy.
These terms and conditions, in addition to the terms set forth in the Initial Order Form and the Toast Merchant Agreement, apply to the Promotion. Except as expressly provided herein, any defined terms will have the same meaning as those set forth in the Toast Merchant Agreement.
