Is there a maximum limit when using Instant Deposit with a new Toast Balance Account?

If you update your card to a Toast Balance Debit Mastercard that has not been used before, the maximum available amount will be less than the previous maximum to help protect you and your business from fraud. It will increase as you use instant deposits with your new Toast Balance Debit Mastercard up to a $5,000 daily maximum.

The limits for any previous debit cards you were using for Instant Deposit will not be affected.


When will I have fees reimbursed?

Your Instant Deposit fees will be reimbursed within 30 days after the end of the month for which you received any Instant Deposits into your Toast Balance Account.


Does the Toast Balance Account have monthly fees?

No, the Toast Balance Account does not have monthly fees! There is no cost to apply or to open a Toast Balance Account.


Can I change my Instant Deposit to go to a different debit card?

If you no longer wish to deposit into your Toast Balance Account Debit Mastercard, you can change the debit card on file on the Instant Deposit dashboard. However, you will not be reimbursed for any fees incurred unless you are depositing into your Toast Balance Account Debit Mastercard.


Can I transfer money out of my Toast Balance Account?

Yes, you can transfer money through ACH, or outbound wire (outbound wires have a fee). Outbound ACH transfers typically take <1 to 3 business days, but transfer timing depends on the schedule of the bank receiving funds.
