This Toast Tables Plus – Free Trial Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between you, a current Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customer (“Merchant,” “you,” or “your”) and Toast, and it governs your access to, evaluation of, and use of Toast Tables Plus (the “Service”) for the duration of the Trial Period (defined below). This Agreement is in addition to any terms, policies, agreements and guidelines, including without limitation the Toast Merchant Agreement (the “Merchant Agreement”) applicable to Merchant’s use of Toast’s products and services. By accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement or accessing or using the Service through the trial portal, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
Eligibility & Trial Period. Merchant may be eligible for complimentary trial access to the Service to accept up to seventy five (75) reservation bookings, beginning on the date on which Merchant accepts the terms of this Agreement or accesses the Service, whichever is sooner, and ending on the date the seventy fifth (75th) reservation is fulfilled via the Service (the “Trial Period”). During the Trial Period, Merchant may access the Service without paying a software subscription fee (“Free Trial”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Free Trial does not affect any other fees related to Merchant’s use of Toast products and services, including but not limited to applicable card processing rates. The Free Trial may be used only one time per merchant customer, is non-transferrable, may not be combined with additional discounts or redeemed for cash, and may be available only in select markets and to select merchants. This is a limited offering that is subject to change, and Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this Agreement and/or the Free Trial at any time in its sole discretion.
Termination or Expiration of the Trial Period. Merchant’s access to and use of the Service will automatically discontinue at the end of the Trial Period. To continue using the Service, Merchant may elect to purchase a paid monthly subscription at the then-current price, the billing of which will be in accordance with the terms of the Merchant Agreement. Merchant shall have the option to cancel the trial and terminate this Agreement at any time during the Trial Period by clicking on the “Cancel trial” button located on the Service dashboard. At the end of the Trial Period, Merchant can receive a report detailing guest reservations made beyond the Trial Period. For the avoidance of doubt, at the termination or expiration of the Trial Period, Merchant will no longer have access to Toast Tables Plus and is solely responsible for managing any reservations made beyond such termination or expiration of the Trial Period.
