New Toast Customer Terms & Conditions

Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customers who sign Toast's Merchant Agreement on or after October 31, 2019 (“New Customers”) may be eligible to receive applicable discounts on hardware if they meet the criteria set forth below. For purposes of the Hardware Discounts outlined below, a “tablet” may be a stationary terminal, handheld tablet, kiosk or kitchen display screen (KDS).

New Customers who purchase one (1) to three (3) tablets for a total amount of at least $1,000.00 may be eligible for a discount of $750.00 off before taxes, per tablet (a “Hardware Discount”) per location. New Customers who meet the above criteria and also apply for 0% interest-free financing for their Toast purchase may be eligible for an additional, one-time, $500.00 hardware discount. 

New Customers who purchase four (4) or more tablets may be eligible for a discount of up to $10,250.00 before taxes, on Toast hardware (also a “Hardware Discount”) per location if they (i) purchase four (4) or more tablets, (ii) submit an application for 0% financing, and (iii) qualify for and accept 0% interest-free financing on their Toast purchase.

If New Customer has more than one (1) restaurant location under the same restaurant group or brand, then only up to five (5) such restaurant locations may be eligible to receive a Hardware Discount. The Hardware Discount may not exceed the purchase price of the Toast hardware purchased by New Customer for that restaurant location under the Toast Merchant Agreement.

The Hardware Discount may not be combined with other hardware offers or redeemed for cash and is available only in select markets. Toast may terminate the Hardware Discount or modify its terms at any time.
