*For each new restaurant located in the United States that signs a Toast Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) pursuant to Toast’s applicable referral program on or before December 31, 2024 (the “Donation Campaign Period”), Toast will donate $10.00 U.S. Dollars to No Kid Hungry, provided that Toast’s total donation during the Donation Campaign Period will not exceed $50,000.00 U.S. Dollars total. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this donation campaign at any time. Donations help support programs that feed kids; No Kid Hungry does not provide individual meals. For each new restaurant located in Canada that signs a Toast Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with Toast Canada, Inc (“Toast”) on or before December 31, 2024, (the “Donation Campaign Period”) Toast will donate CAD$ 25.00 to Second Harvest; provided that Toast`total donation during the Donation Campaign Period will not exceed CAD$ 3,500 total. For each new restaurant located in Ireland that signs a Toast Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with Toasttab Ireland Limited (“Toast”) on or before December 31, 2024, Toast will donate an amount of EUR 15.00 to Mendicity (the “Donation Campaign Period”); provided that Toast` total donation during the Donation Campaign Period will not exceed EUR 2,450 total. For each new restaurant located in the United Kingdom that signs a Toast Merchant Agreement Initial Order Form with Toasttab UK Limited (“Toast”) on or before December 31, 2024, Toast will donate an amount of GBP 15.00 to Felix Project (the “Donation Campaign Period”); provided that Toast` total donation during the Donation Campaign Period will not exceed GBP 3,000 total.
