Promotion terms:

Toast, Inc. merchant customers are eligible to have three (“3”) months of their Toast Payroll Fees (defined below) waived (the "Promotion") if they: 

(i) purchase both Toast Point-of-Sale (“POS”) by signing a Toast Merchant Agreement for POS and payment processing services, and Toast Payroll & Team Management by signing a Toast Payroll & Team Management Service Agreement (“Payroll Agreement”) on or by March 31, 2023; (ii) agree to a minimum contract term of two (2) years with Toast POS and Toast Payroll & Team Management; and (iii) if the customer is an existing Toast POS customer and/or Toast Payroll & Team Management customer, remains active under, and not in breach of, its Toast Merchant Agreement and Toast Payroll & Team Management Service Agreement. 

Definitions: 

“Toast Payroll Fees” means software fees for: 1) Toast Payroll, billed on a Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) basis; 2) Toast Tips Manager, billed on a PEPM basis; and 3) implementation fees for Toast Payroll and Toast Tips Manager. Toast Payroll Fees does NOT include Sling by Toast, billed on either a PEPM basis or a Per Location Per Month (PLPM) basis, and/or fees for any non-PEPM or non-PLPM based fees. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Promotion is not available if prohibited by law, and may not be combined with any additional Toast Payroll & Team Management, Toast Tips Manager, and Sling by Toast subscription discounts or redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to any products or services apart from Toast Payroll & Team Management, Toast Tips Manager, and Sling by Toast. Following the Promotion, any and all fees, including those for previously discounted products and/or services, shall be equal to the full quoted price.

Notwithstanding the above quote, Toast Payroll & Team Management software fees for the first three (“3”) months are hereby waived.
